Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal performance and safe rollout of capabilities, while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance programs focused on flagship product performance and AI feature reliability
- Oversee cross-organizational initiatives including observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance Program teams to enhance performance metrics across various contexts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with load, stress, and performance testing methodologies
- Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
- Experience with CI/CD and integrating performance tests into automation pipelines
- Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
