Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance programs focusing on load times, FPS, memory, and AI feature reliability
- Oversee observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
- Coordinate cross-organizational initiatives related to performance CI and customer engineering readiness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE
- Hands-on experience with load, stress, and scalability testing for SaaS products
- Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
- Experience with CI/CD and integrating performance tests into pipelines
- Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
