Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee performance programs focusing on load times, FPS, memory, model inference latency, and reliability across various platforms
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives including observability/telemetry, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance Program teams to ensure optimal performance and incident response

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing along with performance program implementation
• Deep understanding of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into automation pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
