Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will drive the development, integration, and delivery of secure and scalable financial technology solutions while collaborating with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams
- Continuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
- Facilitate technical and business discussions, ensuring informed decision-making and effective communication among stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
- 2+ years of experience supporting fintech initiatives such as banking, payments, or trading
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems and cloud platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
