Job Summary
Driving cross-functional program execution, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will lead complex initiatives across product and platform teams, ensuring GPU capacity aligns with demand while managing relationships with infrastructure partners.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Data Center Management and Supply teams to review capacity and utilization, providing actionable planning input
- Own relationships with host and infrastructure partners to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed of potential delivery impacts
- Build and manage project plans across Engineering, Product, and Supply, ensuring alignment and timely execution against real-world constraints
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical program management within infrastructure-focused organizations
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact programs with cross-functional teams
- Strong technical background in engineering and scalable SaaS/IaaS products
- Experience working with external infrastructure or hardware vendors globally
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project execution in dynamic environments
