Job Summary

To support a corporate development and finance transformation initiative, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager IV will manage project management tasks, stakeholder coordination, and program-level strategic planning while delivering programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate development and finance transformation initiatives through project management and stakeholder coordination
• Deliver programs while managing project scope, requirements gathering, budgeting, and risk management
• Interact with executive management and manage internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or finance/corporate development with 10+ years of experience
• Finance/accounting background focused on analysis and decision support
• Strong project/program management experience, particularly in Merger & Acquisition (M&A)
• Proficiency in AI tooling and G-suite applications
• Ability to manage projects with shifting timelines and a proactive approach
