Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while working remotely or from one of the US hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee flagship product performance metrics including load times, FPS, and memory, as well as AI feature performance metrics like model inference latency and throughput
• Lead cross-organizational programs focused on observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance teams to ensure effective performance diagnostics and incident response

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing, along with performance program implementation
• Deep understanding of web performance metrics such as FCP and LCP, as well as mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into automation pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
