Job Summary
Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal load times and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams, all in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance programs focusing on flagship product performance and AI feature rollout
- Oversee observability and telemetry initiatives, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance teams to enhance performance metrics across various platforms
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with experience in shipping performance programs for SaaS products
- Demonstrated expertise in load, stress, performance, or scalability testing
- Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
- Experience with CI/CD and test automation, particularly in integrating performance tests into pipelines
- Hands-on work with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
