Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Technical Program Manager, the successful candidate will manage cross-functional initiatives, coordinate project plans, and ensure delivery excellence while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and run execution for external integrations and internal cross-team initiatives
- Act as the primary source of truth for program status and maintain alignment among stakeholders through effective communication
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support onboarding processes and ensure operational readiness
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading technical programs or cross-functional initiatives in partnership with engineering and product teams
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to planning and execution
- Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and ability to work from technical documentation and API specifications
- Experience managing external vendors or partners, with ownership of commitments and communication
- Ability to operate independently and proactively surface risks to drive issues to resolution
