Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the delivery of complex payments programs, the remote Technical Program Manager will manage end-to-end roadmaps for authorization and fraud initiatives while ensuring alignment among engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery roadmap for payments authorization and fraud initiatives from planning through go-live
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, risk, and business teams to manage dependencies and track program health
• Run governance ceremonies and ensure audit readiness by maintaining documentation and controls evidence

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs in payments, banking, or financial services
• Direct exposure to authorization switch systems and familiarity with fraud detection systems
• Experience with PCI DSS and SOX control environments, including audit preparation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior client leadership
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technology with specialized training
