Job Summary
Driving execution across embedded software teams, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager - Embedded Software will manage end-to-end program plans for device drivers, firmware, and board support packages, ensuring alignment with silicon milestones and customer delivery dates.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for embedded software workstreams, including firmware and device drivers
- Build and maintain integrated program schedules aligning software milestones with hardware timelines
- Identify and resolve cross-team risks and blockers, ensuring smooth execution across geographically distributed teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of technical program or project management experience, particularly in embedded software and low-level systems
- Direct experience coordinating software programs closely tied to hardware, such as silicon or board bring-up
- Strong understanding of embedded firmware, device drivers, and hardware/software interfaces
- Proven track record of managing complex schedules with external dependencies
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to diverse audiences
