Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
As the founding Technical Program Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and drive complex, cross-team initiatives while designing systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring launch readiness, and building trusted relationships across a global organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and other stakeholders to clarify scope, secure commitment, and lead activities from design through launch
- Design systems to track, report, and escalate risks and progress while ensuring consistent launch readiness across teams
- Identify bottlenecks and develop options to resolve them, maintaining transparency into program goals and delivery quality
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management for software or SaaS environments
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-team software delivery programs to successful completion
- Strong technical fluency to identify risks and engage with senior engineers on architecture and dependencies
- Experience with Linear, Jira, or equivalent project management tools at scale
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
