Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To define and implement a comprehensive Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) framework, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, and Design teams while establishing metrics and driving adoption of the new model.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define a PDLC framework, including artifacts and exit criteria for each stage
• Establish a measurement system to provide a holistic view of workflow and identify bottlenecks
• Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment and genuine adoption of the PDLC model across the organization

Required qualifications

• Experience in designing or evolving a delivery framework or program management system
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional organizations through operational change
• Experience building measurement systems from ambiguous data
• Familiarity with applied AI or automation in collaboration with Engineering
• Strong executive communication skills for reporting program health and risks to senior leadership
