Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely completion within scope
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals, facilitating effective execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation while identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in FinTech
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC), software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Google product suite) and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Bachelor's degree
