Job Summary

To deliver complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration, the full-time Technical Program Manager I will manage project scope, quality, and budget while interacting with executive management and overseeing internal teams in a completely remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints while managing risks and issues
• Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, scheduling, budget management, and status reporting
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project management within large organizations
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
• Proven people management and team-building skills
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale environments
• Strong ability to assess risk and manage competing priorities effectively
