Job Summary

To deliver complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage project scope, budget, and timelines while coordinating efforts across AI and enterprise support tooling platforms in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints while managing risks
• Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, scheduling, budget management, and status reporting
• Coordinate delivery across AI/automation and enterprise support tooling platforms, ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in project estimating, scheduling, and implementation planning in large organizations
• Proven people management and team-building skills
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other enterprise support tools
