Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning end-to-end delivery for PMI's Sitecore experience platform program and marketing AI enablement portfolio, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will convert platform strategy into actionable execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and financial oversight across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Translate product direction into clear requirements and integrated release plans while managing decision gates and concurrent workstreams
- Collaborate with MarTech product owners, engineering, and data teams to ensure reliable production capabilities for marketing teams
- Oversee governance, financial reporting, and accountability for delivery outcomes across the portfolio
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or complex cross-functional transformation programs
- Proven experience delivering enterprise CMS or digital experience platforms, preferably Sitecore
- Experience with AI, automation, and analytics capabilities in production
- Demonstrated ability to manage systems integrators and vendors to achieve quality outcomes
