Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving the predictable delivery of complex initiatives, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage cross-team dependencies, oversee program status, and coordinate releases in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned cross-team programs, translating product and engineering objectives into integrated plans and milestones
- Proactively identify and remove blockers, manage scope, and ensure high-quality completion of programs
- Facilitate cross-team planning and coordination ceremonies, providing clear updates and status communications to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience coordinating complex, cross-team software programs in an Agile environment
- Proven success in managing dependencies, risks, and release coordination across multiple teams
- Proficiency with program/work-management tools such as Linear or Jira
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for program coordination and accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
