Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the planning and execution of complex software programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage multiple data and AI product teams remotely, ensuring alignment on objectives, tracking program progress, and facilitating cross-team communication.

Key responsibilities

• Run end-to-end program management across multiple teams, including planning, milestones, and performance metrics
• Map and manage cross-team dependencies, anticipating and mitigating risks while maintaining scope and quality
• Lead product operations and establish routines for planning, status reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program or project management with a focus on complex software programs
• Strong skills in dependency, risk, and release management, particularly in an agile environment
• Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering and data science teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
