Job Summary
Leading the development of core platforms and applications for advertisers, the full-time Technical Program Manager will define execution strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive internal process improvements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead technical execution strategy for multiple product and platform areas
- Articulate technology requirements, goals, and milestones while influencing teams to deliver against program plans
- Drive internal process improvements and ensure alignment across organizations to manage dependencies and deliver solutions
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of software industry experience, including technical product/program management
- Experience in growing organizations and developing a team culture
- Knowledge of software development processes and AI/ML technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration within cross-functional teams
