Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the Cloud Professional Services team, the full-time Technical Program Manager will oversee the successful delivery of complex software and cloud projects, utilizing Agile methodologies to manage cross-functional teams and project budgets in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to define product objectives and technical requirements
• Engage in the full lifecycle of projects, providing feedback on resourcing, schedules, and budgets
• Establish and maintain project management frameworks and facilitate regular stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in a Technical Program or Project Management role within a professional services or cloud technology environment
• Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Strong business acumen with proven experience managing large projects and budgets
• Proficiency with collaboration and task management tools like Jira and Google Workspace
• BS Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional work experience
