Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the Infrastructure Delivery team, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage infrastructure workstreams, drive execution across engineering and operations, and develop expertise in datacenter and AI infrastructure, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own defined infrastructure workstreams, milestones, and deliverables within larger programs
- Drive day-to-day execution across engineering, operations, vendors, and external partners
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and mitigation plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or infrastructure program/project management
- Experience driving programs within infrastructure, cloud, platform, or datacenter environments
- Strong program management fundamentals, including project planning and stakeholder management
- Able to understand technical architecture and dependencies without being the implementing engineer
- High learning agility and interest in developing expertise across datacenter and AI infrastructure
