Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the integration project plan for complex enterprise engagements, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage milestone deliverables, dependencies, and implementation timelines while serving as the primary client contact in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the integration project plan, ensuring clear milestone deliverables and implementation timelines
• Act as the client's trusted point of contact, proactively communicating and surfacing risks while understanding client requirements
• Establish RACI and communication structures to ensure accountability and manage expectations across teams and clients

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, particularly with large enterprise clients
• Experience with formal project management methodologies, including structured governance and milestone-based reporting
• Background in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, preferably in a B2B SaaS context
• Ability to engage as a thought partner with Engineering and Product teams on technical dependencies and tradeoffs
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-stakes client engagements concurrently
