Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the Business Engineering team, the hybrid remote Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional programs focused on business messaging monetization, coordinating delivery, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with product workstreams over a 5-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across defined cross-functional Business Messaging monetization programs, tracking milestones, dependencies, and status
- Maintain end-to-end project plans and schedules, including timeline tracking and dependency mapping
- Document and route client and advertiser insights into relevant product workstreams for the business messaging monetization area
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in technology, digital advertising, or a comparable domain
- Strong road mapping experience and a product-first, customer-centric mindset
- Experience operating in early-stage or pre-product-market-fit environments
- Technical disciplines preferred for degrees or certifications
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed, global organization
