- Own and manage complex programs across VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS platforms, cloud services, and operational systems
- Translate product and engineering objectives into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Identify technical dependencies and risks early, driving mitigation and ensuring rigorous execution tracking
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a closely related technical role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience managing releases, migrations, and production deployments
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with VoIP/SIP, telecommunications, and cloud communications technologies is highly valued
