Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning end-to-end delivery for the Sitecore Experience Platform and Marketing AI Enablement portfolio, the remote contract Technical Program Manager will translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans, manage cross-functional execution, and ensure timely delivery of enterprise marketing technology capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery for the Sitecore Experience Platform and Marketing AI Enablement portfolio
- Define program scope, manage cross-team dependencies, and coordinate decision gates for timely delivery
- Develop and maintain integrated release plans and program reporting to provide visibility into progress and risks
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs in digital or marketing technology
- Strong program and portfolio management capabilities, including planning and risk mitigation
- Experience working with Sitecore or similar enterprise CMS/DXP platforms
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing solutions and customer engagement technologies
- Strong financial management and vendor oversight experience
