Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of AI-powered programs, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager, AI will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high standards of security and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of AI initiatives, ensuring technical rigor and timely delivery
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute AI-driven initiatives that enhance revenue growth and customer engagement
• Design and implement governance frameworks for AI programs, ensuring compliance and responsible usage

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program or project management experience with large-scale technology programs
• Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools like OpenAI
• Proven experience in Go-To-Market program management for AI or technology product launches
• Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize AI governance frameworks
• Deep expertise in Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and proficiency with collaboration tools like Jira
