Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the AI Governance and Risk Management Framework across engineering and product teams
• Collaborate with Legal to translate global AI regulations into engineering requirements and compliance roadmaps
• Develop risk management systems and internal policies for responsible AI practices while driving consensus across various teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a technical program manager in Compliance or Trust & Safety Programs
• Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Solid technical background with the ability to understand technical designs and risks
• Experience in creating efficient processes at scale
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or equivalent experience
