Key Responsibilities

• Utilize GenAI for program execution, modernizing workflows and synthesizing signals for risk management
• Lead complex technical programs across Ads and Core Infrastructure, ensuring clarity on milestones and dependencies
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into program progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in relevant environments
• Strong technical program management fundamentals, including roadmap planning and risk tracking
• Technical fluency in infrastructure and platform concepts such as distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Experience operating within AI governance expectations and identifying appropriate AI use controls
• Ability to work effectively across engineering and business stakeholders in high-visibility settings
