Job Summary
Supporting a high-priority modernization initiative for a federal client, the full-time Technical Program Operations Specialist will manage project schedules, oversee multiple stakeholders, and enhance operational efficiency using modern tools like Power BI and Power Automate.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and status updates for program health visibility
- Communicate effectively with project teams, resolving scheduling and operational issues while escalating risks as needed
- Champion the adoption of modern tools and platforms to streamline operations and improve program transparency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical project/program management, business process improvement, or related fields
- Experience supporting government contracts and analyzing project data
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft products, including Power Apps and Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycles and track multiple interdependencies
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative virtual environment
