Job Summary
Supporting the operational management of the Veeva Practice, the full-time Technical Project Analyst will coordinate resource assignments, monitor project hours and budgets, and maintain training and certification records in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a centralized view of Veeva Practice resources, roles, skills, and project assignments
- Coordinate with Practice Leadership to support resource allocation and assignment planning
- Prepare weekly resource capacity and utilization reports for Practice Leadership
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, finance, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for reconciling project data
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Ability to handle confidential employee and project information appropriately
