Technical Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to support their Health Insurer's Executive PMO and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers and technical leads with planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives
• Assist with delivery of projects such as new application implementations, system enhancements, and platform upgrades
• Track project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and blockers using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft products

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting technical projects in a coordinator, PMO, project analyst, or associate PM capacity
• Familiarity with technical project environments, including software delivery or application support
• Working knowledge of Agile concepts and tools such as JIRA
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow into a technical PM role
