Job Summary

Technical Project Coordinator, a full-time remote position supporting a Health Insurer client's Executive PMO, is responsible for planning and executing technology initiatives, including application rollouts and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers and technical leads with planning and execution of technology initiatives
  • Track project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and blockers using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft products
  • Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, and delivery summaries
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting technical projects in a coordinator or project analyst capacity
  • Familiarity with technical project environments, including software delivery or application support
  • Working knowledge of Agile concepts and tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow into a technical PM role
