Job Summary
Technical Project Coordinator, a full-time remote position supporting a Health Insurer client's Executive PMO, is responsible for planning and executing technology initiatives, including application rollouts and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers and technical leads with planning and execution of technology initiatives
- Track project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and blockers using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft products
- Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, and delivery summaries
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting technical projects in a coordinator or project analyst capacity
- Familiarity with technical project environments, including software delivery or application support
- Working knowledge of Agile concepts and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow into a technical PM role
