Technical Project Director

Job Summary

Leading a high-visibility, enterprise technology initiative, the full-time Technical Project Director will manage the full project lifecycle, serve as the primary client interface, and drive cross-functional delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end execution of complex enterprise technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical execution
• Manage project expectations and communicate with stakeholders to ensure program needs are met regarding urgency and priority
• Champion Agile delivery practices and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery planning, reporting, and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience in project or program management roles delivering large, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in Agile environments
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and building relationships with executive leadership
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD-issued security clearance
