Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Engineer in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the design and implementation of Zoom Customer Experience (CX) Products
Collaborating with clients to implement Zoom solutions and perform integrations with 3rd party products
Supporting and troubleshooting deployments of Zoom products

Required Qualifications:

5-7+ years of engineering experience in technical analysis and designing large-scale CX solutions
Degree in CS, MIS, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in CX solution design and implementation
Experience with Contact Center best practices, CRM vendors, AI, NLP, and Chat bot Development Platforms
Located in the US or Canada and do not require sponsorship for employment
