Technical Project Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing cloud-focused IT service provider, the full-time Technical Project Engineer will manage the technical execution of new client onboardings and offboardings remotely, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience while collaborating with various teams and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy core services and manage user enrollment, DNS configurations, and alert setups for new partnerships
• Coordinate access to client services, manage software transitions, and ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding tasks
• Continuously improve onboarding processes and documentation while supporting Sidekick projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in IT
• Strong knowledge of common business technologies and cloud infrastructure components
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical solutions for diverse audiences
• Experience with documentation tools such as ConnectWise and ITGlue
• Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection in a dedicated home office environment
