Technical Project Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Lead to support a Department of Veteran's Affairs program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and agile best practices
• Oversee the execution of cloud-based solutions and ensure compliance with VA and federal security policies
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and VA leadership, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Lead in software development projects, preferably within the VA or federal agencies
• Experience leading remote development teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and serving as a SCRUM Master
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
