Technical Project Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Lead to oversee the development and support of a mission-critical emergency management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in supporting the federal client's emergency management system
• Analyze challenges, develop solutions, and communicate recommendations to clients
• Maintain project timeframes, budgets, and status reports while coordinating project team members

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of project management experience with a Bachelor's degree and PMP certification, or 10 years with a Master's degree and PMP certification
• Must have IAT-I or higher certification or equivalent (A+CE, Network+ CE, CND, or CCNA + Security)
• Experience with M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and legacy app modernization projects preferred
• Proven ability to manage project resources, including personnel and technical equipment
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
