Technical Project Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Lead to oversee the development and support of a mission-critical emergency management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to support the federal client's emergency management system
• Analyze challenges and develop solutions while communicating recommendations to clients
• Maintain project timeframes, budgets, and status reports while ensuring compliance with relevant policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least twelve years of experience in project management with a Bachelor's degree and PMP certification, or ten years with a Master's degree and PMP certification
• Must possess IAT-I or higher certification or equivalent (A+CE, Network+ CE, CND, or CCNA + Security)
• Experience with M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and legacy app modernization projects preferred
• Proven experience in managing project resources and developing strategic plans
• Working knowledge of Scrum methodologies in Agile software development environments
