Job Summary

To manage a highly skilled technical project management team, the full-time Technical Project Management Manager will oversee a portfolio of technology projects, providing operational leadership and hands-on project execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Project Managers to support enterprise IT initiatives
• Directly manage large-scale technical projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain program schedules, status reports, and risk registers while ensuring adherence to governance standards and methodologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and enterprise programs
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• PMP Certification required
• Extensive experience with SAFe Agile, Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC delivery methodologies
