Technical Project Management Manager

Job Summary

Driving centralized operational and BizOps coordination for NSIS vulnerability management, the full-time Senior Manager of Technical Project and Program Management will oversee remediation tracking, escalation support, and cross-functional execution follow-through in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead operational coordination for NSIS vulnerability management, including tracking and reporting
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation reviews and maintain the operating model for clear ownership and visibility
• Utilize digital and AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows and drive continuous operational improvement

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in vulnerability management or technology risk operations within a large enterprise
• 5+ years in IT operations, program management, or enterprise IT support functions
• 3+ years coordinating cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership
• 3+ years managing or supporting vulnerability remediation and risk tracking processes
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Point administration and collaboration platform management
