Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of healthcare-focused software, the full-time contracted Technical Project Manager will act as the primary advocate for customers, guiding the product lifecycle from concept to launch while managing Agile processes and ensuring regulatory compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for major system issues and product-related inquiries while managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers and QA to ensure product quality and smooth releases
• Oversee the manual testing team and ensure alignment with product delivery schedules, while managing compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in user research and synthesizing insights in the healthcare or health technology industry
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics for product decisions
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
• Extensive experience in Agile environments and guiding teams through the software development lifecycle
• Proficiency with Jira and cloud-based architectures
