Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive customer success in a remote capacity, the Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery for strategic customer programs, managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for strategic customer programs, including pre-sales alignment, implementation, and post-go-live support
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Act as a trusted delivery partner for customers, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and next steps

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, technical program management, or implementation management
• Comfortable working in a technical environment, including APIs and compliance concepts
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional customer projects
• Strong ability to translate customer objectives into structured delivery plans
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
