Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support complex, cross-functional initiatives, the remote contract Technical Project Manager will own planning and execution, ensuring alignment across teams and driving successful delivery of product development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for medium-to-large cross-functional initiatives, developing integrated project plans that align teams around shared objectives
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders, leading project meetings and decision-making discussions
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans while promoting consistent project management practices across initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of project or program management experience, with a strong foundation in planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Hands-on experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives within Agile environments
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, capable of navigating ambiguity and fostering collaboration
• Experience in translating strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans and monitoring project health
