Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of Enterprise Customer accounts, the full-time Technical Project Manager will ensure successful project delivery by overseeing the implementation process, developing project plans, and gathering client requirements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer teams and internal resources to deliver projects within agreed scope and timelines
- Define project deliverables, perform gap analysis, and assist clients with data mapping and solution configuration
- Support clients post-implementation by developing processes, conducting UATs, and managing service desk tickets
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the high-tech industry in roles such as Project Manager or Sales Engineer/Architect
- Experience with ERP/PLM systems like PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Oracle Agile, or SAP PLM
- Proven background in SaaS software implementation and data management
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and implement compliance platforms
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and a customer-focused approach
