Job Summary

Manage production change control process and deployment plans
Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain client relations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
Experience in software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, QA, and data-driven systems
Proven ability to understand technical concepts and learn SQL
Familiarity with software tools like Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, and Octopus
