Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects and manage client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic and technical projects, including client onboarding and platform deployments
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, timeline, and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of project or program management experience in SaaS, IT, CSP, TelCo, or ISP industries
• Strong technical background with effective communication skills for collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Proven experience managing external client-facing projects and stakeholders
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
