Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management and delivery, including managing multiple small teams
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, partners, and stakeholders while tracking and resolving program-level issues
• Create and manage delivery schedules, release plans, and identify process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in leading Java-based software development projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments, particularly in government contracting
• Proven ability to lead Agile projects through the full software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients and team members
