Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management and delivery, including managing multiple teams and facilitating collaboration across stakeholders
• Create and manage delivery schedules, oversee initiatives from inception to completion, and implement process improvements
• Translate complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences and participate in program-level communication and reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience leading Java-based software development projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments, particularly in government contracting
• Proven ability to lead Agile projects through the full software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred
