Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical projects and guide cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and manage multiple small teams
• Create and manage delivery schedules, oversee initiatives from inception to completion, and implement process improvements
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders while participating in program-level communication and reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in leading Java-based software development projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments, particularly in government contracting
• Proven ability to lead Agile projects through the full software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred
